We really enjoyed the spacious feel of our family suite, which worked perfectly for our needs. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, and having access to a fun Kid Club kept our older kids entertained while we relaxed.

My wife says that the lobby area could be improved for families with children since it’s always so crowded and tight.

The ocean view was stunning, but my shower drain was clogged for days.

It was also nice to see many local attractions nearby, like Riverside Park and Han River Bridge, all within a short ride away. The breakfast provided a good selection of East Asian dishes, including consistent noodle soup and fresh juice, making for a satisfying start to my day. However, I had some trouble with the clogged shower drain that continued to be an issue throughout my stay.

I indulged in the spa's lovely sauna and steam room, which were perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. Also, the rooftop bar was a highlight, serving stunning cocktails with a fantastic sunset backdrop!

I enjoyed my stay in the Studio King Room Partial Sea View with Balcony. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the beautiful view of the sea from my balcony, a great spot for morning coffee. The staff were genuinely helpful, always eager to assist with any requests. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was subpar, and the egg station didn’t deliver. I ended up skipping breakfast several times despite it being included. The Wi-Fi was stable, but the speed wasn't impressive, which made streaming a bit frustrating. Overall, this hotel has potential, but a few improvements could elevate the experience significantly.

Absolutely loved the ocean views from our Suite King Room Ocean Front with Bathtub! The spacious room was perfect for our family, and the modern amenities made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool was a hit with everyone, and the rooftop bar served amazing cocktails against a stunning sunset.
